About:
I was Born in Philadelphia PA and have resided in Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, California, Utah and Nevada. My advanced education was started at California Polytechnic State University and completed at Utah State University with a BS degree in Forest and Land Management. Lived and worked professionally in Salt Lake City Utah for AAA Engineering, managing the Forestry Department in contract negotiations, later working in the hospitality business, owning a restaurant in downtown Salt Lake City. Moved to Reno Nevada in 1998 and pursued a career in real estate finance, working with a mortgage brokerage start up. There successfully closing one million a month in residential home loans. Became a licensed real estate agent in 2004 working as both a mortgage loan officer and realtor under the brokerage of Pevy and Associates, selling over $40M in new homes. In 2008 moved into resale with Collins and Associates Real Estate Brokerage.
