I'm an old house girl. I love character and charm. If you are looking to live in Merriam Park, Mac Groveland, Highland or Crocus Hill I'd love to talk to you. If you already live here you know how special this area is.
About:
I was born in Crocus Hill and have been a St. Paul resident for the last 30 years. My elementary and secondary educations were obtained through the public school system. I now hold a liberal arts degree from the University of Minnesota and a M.F.A. from Hamline University. I entered real estate in 2000. My first position allowed me to work with affordable housing organizations to maintain and assure affordable housing for residents in Minnesota and surrounding states. In 2003 I joined Edina Realty as a full-time Realtor. My office is located on Grand Avenue, in the Crocus Hill neighborhood of St. Paul. I specialize in historic homes, homes built before 1950, in St. Paul. As a full-time Realtor I'm always abreast of the ever-changing market conditions. By concentrating my business specifically on Twin Cities neighborhoods I have intimate knowledge of each individual neighborhood and the unique characteristics of the diverse areas in the cities. This knowledge enables me to assist buyers in finding the perfect neighborhood to call home and to help sellers price their homes appropriately. Much of my success comes from the extensive network of potential buyers that has been cultivated throughout my 30-year residency in the area. I've lived in the Macalester/Groveland, Crocus Hill and Merriam Park neighborhoods. I don't generally work with new construction projects or conversion projects. This allows me the time to work one on one with both Sellers and Buyers. In addition to assisting buyers and sellers in their real estate transactions I also have a close working relationship with non-profit organizations that aim to improve the communities in which we live. I recently worked with The Greater Frogtown CDC to sell homes that are completely renovated to low or middle-income families. I've also worked with The Lexington Hamline Community Council to sell rental properties in the neighborhood to families who will owner occupy.
