From the complexities of gut renovating a loft in Tribeca to subdividing a multi acre property with wetland issues in East Hampton, Christopher brings a unique and diverse set of skills integral in navigating the complexities of buying and selling real estate in New York City. Christopher has lived and worked in New York City and the Hamptons for the past 13 years. He built his home and studio in Tribeca 10 years ago; where he continues to live, raise his family and work. A long standing community member, Christopher has chosen to apply his love and knowledge of Tribeca to his real estate career. Being a parent, entrepreneur and artist, Christopher has the ability to share his unique perspective of the amazing blend of Tribeca old and Tribeca new. Christopher Totaro is a native to Southern California he relocated to the mountains of Colorado for 14 years where he raced bicycle, attended University and enjoyed success as an artist. He moved to New York in 2002 where he built his construction business while continuing to work and show his artwork in NYC, Tokyo and Shanghai.
