Interests:
Dr. Segler has a keen interest in Sports Medicine and has lectured on running injuries and authored a chapter in a Sports Medicine textbook. On a more personal note, he has completed 4 marathons as well as the 2007 Ironman Triathlon in Arizona and 2008 Ironman Louisville. In addition to running, cycling and swimming he enjoys rock climbing, white-water kayaking, paragliding and water skiing. He has climbed El Capitan in Yosemite, attempted a new alpine climbing route in the Alaska Range, completed the swim from Alcatraz to San Francisco, and is a motorcycle road racing endurance champion.
