I have lived in the Manayunk/Roxborough area now for the last three and a half years. I know the area and surrounding areas of Glenside and Willow Grove. I would certainly be happy to show homes outside this area as well so shoot me a email, text, or call anytime!One thing I pride myself on is always getting back to my clients very quickly. It is really hard to get a phone call past me, but if you leave a message or text I will always get back to you within the hour. I know how stressful it can be when looking for a home. My fiancee and I recently bought our new home and I was lucky enough to have a great agent who was always there to answer our questions and show us properties.This is the main reason why I got into the real estate business and have recently formed a team with Scott Gullaksen and my fiancee Sabrina Algoo. Scott is a long time agent in the area and Sabrina is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). If for some reason I am not available, my other team members would also be available to answer questions as well. I think with Scott's experience, Sabrina's great accounting abilities, and my knowledge of the area we make a great team!My other passion in life is teaching. I teach Health and Physical Education to Kindergarten through Eighth grade students in South Philadelphia. This is my fifth year in the School District of Philadelphia. I like having a very large range of students from ages 5 to 15. I have always been a sport fanatic and really enjoy teaching physical education to my children. I have also been a coach for my Seventh and Eight grade students in Volleyball and Basketball over the last couple years!
