Abstract:
A storage container having a lid that can be removed from a corresponding container body, folded, and then placed within a cavity of the container body during storage of the storage container is provided. The lid of such a storage container may include one or more foldable portions that extend across a central portion. The foldable portions may include a hinge and/or a flexible material. The storage container may also be stackable. For example, a foldable lid may be placed in a first container body, when the foldable lid is in a folded configuration, and a second container body may be received by the first container body, such that the folded lid fits in a space defined between a base of the first container body and a base of a second container body.

Abstract:
Disclosed herein is an apparatus for performing exercises including a base unit which doubles as a self-contained case for transporting the exercise device, as well as a base for use in performing the exercises. The base unit includes a handle and can be easily moved from one location to another. The exercise apparatus includes a resistance band with distal hand grips that can be unstowed from within the case and inserted through a roller in the base to allow the performance of a variety of resistance exercises. It is possible to exercise all of the major muscle groups, and to accurately and consistently set the desired level of resistance in order to replicate the exercises performed on larger and more expensive universal exercise apparatus.

Abstract:
A dimpled fabric creation system and method is provided to form a dimpled fabric using a mold or machine having a plurality of protrusions and grooves, while avoiding the repetitive steps to manually shape each protrusion individually by tying portions of fabric individually. The protrusions may be of complex three dimensional shapes to form dimples in the fabric having corresponding complex three dimensional shapes. The system and method provide for creation of a dimpled fabric container, wherein the dimpled fabric container may be utilized in gift wrapping.
