Complete history and physical with review of all other relevant studies are performed before deciding any further testing or treatment. I generally try to defer treatment until arrhythmias or conditions indicate otherwise. All types of non-invasive and invasive diagnostic tests are available but non-invasive testing is pursued first before any invasive testing or treatment. Generally conservative treatment approach.
