I provide all of my clients with a service and communication guarantee. If you are selling your home I will sell it in 90 days or sell it for free! I also guarantee to communicate with all my clients, at least, once a week. I'll contact you even if it is just to say "hi". You won't feel like I've forgotten about or am ignoring you. I will never place priority of one client's worries or issues over another client's. If you call me with an issue or concern it will be taken care of ; you won't have to call me back 2 or 3 times before I get around to it. I will also work with you, not for you! If you are buying I will take the time to meet you, get to know you, and find out what is important to you in a home. Then I'll send you homes and take you on showings until we find the home that sells itself to you.
