That is why I am on a mission to empower others to improve their eating and exercise habits in order to build that foundation. Since I have been working in private practice, I have focused on areas that I have personal experience with, & have been able to devote the time needed to develop my expertise in those categories. As a result, I can truly help my clients achieve their goals. I work best with people who are ready and willing to do the work necessary to makeover their lifestyle. These are people who will take action needed to bring to light potential obstacles, take responsibility for overcoming these obstacles, & master the strategies we develop to reach their goals.
