Hello! Thank you for taking time to read my profile. I'd like to start off by telling you, the reader, how grateful I am to be living in one of the most beautiful and dynamic cities in the country. I've called San Diego home since 1974, when our family moved here from Mexico. I'm practically a native!I have many great memories here, and I hope to call it home for many years to come. If you're new to San Diego, I hope that you enjoy it as much as I have.A brief summary of my real estate background:In 1999, I was so fortunate to have stumbled on a magazine ad that offered training and mentoring in one of the most exciting and rewarding careers; real estate. I took the challenge, and before long, I had acquired my sales license. From 2000 to 2005, I worked for two of the largest real estate firms in the country; Century 21 and Prudential California Realty. Then, in 2006, I reached for the skies and obtained my broker's license. With that, I started my own sales and management firm. We managed approximately 70-80 single family rental homes and assisted our clients in the purchase and sale of their properties. It was a wonderful experience and I enjoyed every minute, but alas, being a business owner does get a little lonely. So, in 2013, I decided to rejoin Prudential California Realty, which is now Berkshire Hathaway Home Services California Properties. Now that I'm back, I've developed the kind of wonderful friendships that drew me to this business in the first place. Without human interaction and personal relationships, it would just be a job. When you choose a Realtor like me, you're not just doing business, you're making a friend.
