Some of the awards that I accomplished were during my time with the Southwestern Company. One was the Success Coin, where you had to work 80 hours a week with 30 demos a day for the first two weeks to start off the summer on a good foot; another award was the I Wanna Win award; which was when you hit your best sales record during the last two weeks of the summer to show that you finish strong and you don't "check out" early from the job; and the last award was Dad's Week; which was one week out of the summer that was dedicated to dads and if you had your best week in sales that week you won a pen for your dad and a chance to honor him at the awards ceremony held in October.
