Helping people wherever I meet them

With my father and two brothers being mortgage brokers and my mother being a real estate agent, I grew up in a real estate office and got involved in real estate when I was 16 years old. That is when I was first trained on the basics of investing in real estate, writing mortgages, renovation, and credit repair. And for eight years, I helped people all across the country repair their credit. <br /><br />When I was 18, I sought out to get a bachelors degree. I graduated with high honors with a dual degree in Business Management and Real Estate Science. I also hold a dual Associates in Marketing and Human Resource, again, as an honors student. In high school and in college, I won numerous awards in academia and community service, and I served as the president of our school’s leadership advocacy club for two years.<br /><br />I started investing in Real Estate and doing mortgages when I was just 20 years old. After a while, I picked up the skill of constructing private mortgages between individuals and learned about property management. At first, I started doing property management on my own, working for investors that I knew, but now I am here with WJ Kellar, a great company. I pride myself in being an innovator, a consultant, and a strong leasing consultant. Furthermore, I pride myself on being sensitive to everyone’s particular situation, charging fair rates for my services, and achieving high successes for the people that work with me.
