Cheryl Stakutis is a lifelong resident of Lincoln and Concord who was raised in a real estate development family. Her father was one of the first major condominium developers in the Boston area and her brother is an active builder/developer of luxury custom houses in Weston and the surrounding towns. Cheryl has been licensed to sell real estate since 1985 and during her career she has marketed and sold over six pre-construction and new condo developments.<br /><br />Cheryl graduated with honors from Green Mountain College in Vermont and later went on to work as partner/owner of Patriot Computers, a business she founded, developed, and subsequently sold.<br /><br />A member of the National Association of Realtors, Cheryl has earned the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) designation, as well as the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation. She is known for her friendliness and her high energy level, as well as for her commitment to providing quality service to her buyers and sellers.<br /><br />Cheryl is very involved in the Concord community and is the mother of three children. A notary public, she is a member of the Concord/Carlisle Neighbor Brigade, and the Emerson Hospital auxiliary. She has been a team captain for six years at the U. S. Tennis Association, the Women’s Northwest Suburban Team league, and the Dorothy Bruno Hill Indoor Tennis league. Cheryl actively supports Household Goods Recycling of Massachusetts (HGRM), a non-profit organization in Acton that provides household goods to people in need. In addition, she has served as the event planner for “Ladies Night Out,” the Boston Lobsters tennis team’s annual fundraiser. Cheryl is a former Girl Scout leader who has organized several book groups, including two mother/daughter book groups.
