Abstract:
Adhesive compositions useful for making decorative wood composite products contain a surfactant, particularly a neutralized tall oil fatty acid, and a thermosetting resin. Use of such adhesive compositions significantly reduces the incidence of surface pinholes in the products while using a smaller amount of the resin.
