As a naturopathic physician I work to address the underlying cause of disease. Optimal health has a foundation on a proper whole foods diet and I generally start here in working with patients. From there I focus on areas such as gastrointestinal health, environmental medicine, and proper supplementation. I also use prolotherapy and cold laser to treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. I also believe the patient should be actively involved in their care and work with the patient to determine the optimal treatment plan that will work specific for them.
