The automatic vacuum recyclable system for chemically-thermo cleaning tanks nd bilges primarily comprises a makeup, storage and heating unit, a pressure pumping and spraying unit, a vacuum and separation unit, and a filtration unit. The system functions to clean tanks and bilges without the need for a work crew to be inside during actual surface cleaning operations.
