Charles Chong Lee

Dr. Charles C Lee is a board certified physician in internal medicine, and has practiced internal medicine since 1991. He was born in Seoul, Korea, and came to US at the age of 16. He studied cell-biology at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and received his M.D at Oral Roberts University School of Medicine. He further pursued an internship at UCLA-San Fernando Valley, and a residency in internal medicine at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Boston. Prior to joining Arapahoe Internal Medicine in 1999, he had served as a practicing internist, HMO medical director and later as a Chief of Medicine for BJC (Barns Jewish Christian) Health System in St. Louis, Mo. Dr. Lee enjoys to ski, snowboard, and wakeboard with his wife and three children, and considers his Christian faith as a foundation for his life’s work. He is a co-founder of Global Outreach with Medical Dental Services, and is passionate about medical mission works in under-served areas of the world. In addition to general internal medicine, Dr. Lee is interested in medical acupuncture, trigger point injection techniques for myofacial pain syndrome and Botox injection.
