Cesar Angel Ramirez has always been interested in investing and real estate and, upon graduating from the University of Houston-Downtown with a degree in International Business and minor in Marketing, was able to pursue half of that interest. Starting out in moderate income areas around the Greater Houston Area, he was able to focus on the customer experience and excel in helping families utilize first time homebuyer programs and help them with obtaining financing. Starting his own business and managing it with partners early on, he was able to be responsible for over 25 agents and guiding it to a profitable company. Even though he worked on expanding his knowledge by becoming a loan officer, working on client’s credit and also doing a stint with the biggest property tax dispute company in Texas, he was still eager to learn. After obtaining his State of Texas Brokers License, Cesar was now able to add the second part of his interest in investing by getting a great opportunity to become a member of Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate, now known as Carrington Real Estate Services, LLC. With this great company, he has been able to successfully work with many asset management companies and banks, such as Bank of America, Nationstar, Ocwen, CMS, etc. He has successfully closed over 50+ reo homes, short sales and regular for profit listings in the past year and is a Certified Distressed Property Expert. While always looking to improve by learning as much as possible about the many facets of real estate and being able to adapt in a roller coaster market, he has been able to exceed his clients’ needs from a savvy investor to a first time homebuyer fresh out of college.
