Catriona Buist, Psy.D. works with pain management clients to decrease barriers to progress, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD and fear of pain or concerns about return to work. She also helps clients develop a flare up management plan and teach pain/stress management psychoeducational classes, with the goal of increasing their self-management of pain. She invites families to be involved in treatment as PRA recognizes the important role of the family in helping with a successful transition back home and to work.
