I would like you to know that I have had experience at running equipment used at most janitorial services such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet shampooers. I worked in the maintenance department for ten year at the University of Pittsburgh where I learned to use this equipment originally. I do have fairly good computer skills with Microsoft Word/Excel and the Internet. I do have experience at interviewing people through my self-employment positions which included doing background and credit checks. I had employees and tenants to manage through my self-employment positions as well.
