I became a real estate agent when very few minorities were in the business. I was the first full time licensed Realtor in Lancaster, Pa. <br /><br />I was always selling goods and services back then and had several businesses such as Amway, Avon, Tupperware and several others to name a few. Today goods and services are still the main focus but it has gone far beyond that. <br /><br />Consumers have a lot more technology at their disposal and expect their Realtor to be knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate market. Realtors have to have a variety of skills and services to offer consumers for the ever demanding market changes.<br /><br />Today's market is exciting, challenging, and ever changing and that for me, is the reason I've remained a Realtor.
