Philosophy:
In addition to working with adults, my expertise includes couples (trained by John Gottman as well as by Toni Herbine Blank) and children age four through adolescence. One size does not fit all so I use an integrative approach. This includes both traditional therapies such as insight oriented and behavioral therapy, and certifications in cutting edge techniques like Internal Family Systems (see link), EMDR (see link), and mind-body centered therapies. My style is warm and interactive.
