Philosophy:
I was attracted to the medical field because I wanted a chance to help others. It is satisfying to know that I can offer advice and treatment to others to help alleviate their suffering. I chose ophthalmology as I think the gift of sight is one of the most precious gifts that we have. By being able to improve or preserve one's vision, I feel that I am able to enhance the lives of others and those around them.
