Carlos has a background in Business and Management Information Systems. He obtained his real estate license over 8 years ago and started working with one of the top broker's in the South End. In that time Carlos handled over 15 Million in sales transactions, where he cemented his knowledge in South End properties, resources and negotiation skills. Now he focuses on the South End along with the Back Bay and Beacon Hill neighborhoods. Along with sales, Carlos focuses on luxury rentals and is one of the top rental brokers in the Back Bay office. Upon finishing his degree in Business at the University of Connecticut, he started work with NASA Headquarters in Washington DC. Through his excellent customer service he won NASA's Special Service Award for outstanding performance. From there he went on to work with Al Gore's Global Learning and Observations to Benefit the Environment and continued his stellar customer service working with educators from around the world. While working with GLOBE he was able to live in Santa Fe, NM and learned a great deal about Native American cultures. He was able to live and work on a reservation in North Central MT and this experience grounded his respect for our planet and sparked his interest in green building and energy conservation. Carlos now resides in Boston's South End and is working with First Church in Boston towards making the Church more energy efficient. He's also dedicated to becoming a GREEN broker as the market demands for energy efficiency climbs.
