Philosophy:
I believe each individual is unique and each family relationship serves these qualities. One size of therapy does not fit all. Individualized assessment, a unique treatment plan and homework assignments tailor therapy to each client. I work to mobilize each client's strengths, resources and optimism to create change and improved functioning. If the fit of therapist and client is not right, I will say so and refer to another therapist.
