Many of today's therapies have their roots in Eastern healthy mind traditions, thousands of years old. My practice often combines Eastern mindfulness and meditative practices with todays proven therapies to help clients learn to take comfortable control of their minds and their lives. As we all should have learned in Kindergarten, if you want kindness, learn to be kind. If you want friends, learn to be friendly. It's true... For every action there is a reaction. You cannot control the future, but you can influence it with your choices, so, be nice :-)”
