After attending boarding school at Northfield Mount Hermon and college at the University of Colorado at Boulder, Carl worked in banking in Chicago and in New York City. Shortly after returning to Nantucket, Carl met his wife Sarah and together they have 3 beautiful children, Virginia, Lilly, and Hutton. Carl frequently travels with his family to the Turks and Caicos Islands to visit his mother Lucy Eaton, whom was in real estate on Nantucket for 20 years. Growing up with real estate in genes, Carl is very excited to continue the family business with Great Point Properties. <br/>
