Abstract:
The present invention relates to the atomization of high-solid content fluids. More particularly, the present invention relates to a system [] and method for the uniform spray application of roofing materials and, in particular, to the uniform spray application of emulsified asphalts and emulsified asphalt matrices with embedded fiberglass strands. In a preferred embodiment, an engine or equivalent power source [] is provided. An oil pump [] is mechanically connected to the engine []. A hydraulic motor [] is hydraulically connected to the oil pump []. A reciprocating pump [] is mechanically connected to the hydraulic motor [].
