Having attended Las Vegas’s native UNLV’s School of Business as a Marketing major and then honing his skills for a fortune 500 company’s marketing department, Bryan Lebo jumped into the Las Vegas Real Estate scene in 2003. Having sold over 20 million in his first two years alone, Bryan founded “The LEBO Group” and quickly recruited agents and assistants in order to create one of the top producing teams in the Las Vegas valley.<br /><br /><br />After two flourishing years and sales of nearly 50 million, the Las Vegas housing market began to see devastating declines in demand and home values. In a time where most brokers / agents conceded to market conditions and closed their doors, Bryan Lebo began a quest to be at the forefront of what was to become a “new wave” of Real Estate.<br /><br />Sanctioned by several “National” banks and Asset Management such as IndyMac Bank, Aurora Loan Services, & Citi Financial, Bryan Lebo was able to not only emerge as one of the leading REO Listing agents in the Las Vegas Valley, but assist in guiding numerous investors in obtaining highly sought after properties in an effort to restore their portfolios with “income producing” ventures. Despite all odds, for his efforts in 2008 Bryan Lebo was not only admitted into the RE/MAX International Hall Of Fame but received awards for being in the Top 10 producing agents in the entire Southwest Region for all RE/MAX offices. Even with home prices having adjusted more than 30% down for the year, Bryan Lebo regained his status as an annual “Platinum” award recipient. An honor only provided to RE/MAX International’s “Elite Producers”.<br /><br />While working to serve the needs of clients and asset managers, Bryan Lebo is an avid photographer, fitness enthusiast, and a self described “tech-geek”.
