Bryan’s role is to market and sell your property, or help you find the right property to purchase. As the only full-time Broker practicing real estate in Girdwood who does not routinely work in the Anchorage market, manage property, or have any other business interests, Bryan is able to leverage his knowledge of the market in order to help you achieve your objectives. Upon special request, Bryan will work with you to find the right property in Anchorage. Upon completing specialized training in the sale of distressed properties, Bryan was awarded the Certified Distressed Properties Expert designation. Bryan holds the Custom Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and is the only Licensee in Girdwoood offering specialized experience and skills in marketing fine homes. In addition, Bryan has been designated a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) by the Council of Residential Specialists by completing advanced education requirements and demonstrating superior skills in real estate sales. An avid user of technology in his business, Bryan is a member of the CyberStars and has been certified by the National Association of REALTORS as an e-PRO. In 2011, Bryan was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame for his consistent high level of achievement. An active member of the community, Bryan has volunteer ski patrolled at Alyeska Resort for over ten seasons, sits on the Board of Directors of Girdwood 2020, has served on the Girdwood Board of Supervisors as both the Land Use Supervisor and the Public Safety Supervisor, and has served as the Vice President of the Girdwood Board of Supervisors, Land Use Committee.
