My philosophy and approach to caring for and treating patients is multifactoral. If I had to identify a central theme to my philosophy it would be building trusting relationships with my patients. This trusting doctors' patient relationship should incorporate the ideals of competent and knowledgeable medical care, physician accessibility and patient confidentiality. As well, my philosophy is to also achieve optimal medical care for all my patients. This optimal care should be obtained through current evidence based medical knowledge as well as a faith-based approach with emphasis on family ideals.
