My feature documentary film "Lives Interrupted: The Takuma Ito and Go Matsuura Story" was honored by the U.S. Congress when it premiered at the Warner Grand Theatre in San Pedro, CA. back on October 24, 2012 for its depiction of violence in American life and the increasing need for gun control. The film dealt with the killing of two Japanese students who were attending Marymount College in 1994 and were murdered execution style in a car-jacking. The shooter was caught and is on Death Row in San Quentin Prison. The resulting film will air on PBS So Cal on September 14th, 2013 at 8 PM - please watch it if you can.
