Abstract:
A system and method to notify customers of the status of a service provider's timeliness in meeting appointments of scheduled customers throughout the course of a day, as the service provider services each customer is disclosed. In particular, the present invention provides for a customer to access the web site of a service provider, such as a doctor, through the Internet to verify whether or not the service provider is meeting his or her appointments with customers “on-time.”
