: Practice Florida State safety standards and privacy polices at all times. - Change, feed and bathe patients, attend to other personal and grooming needs.-Turn and position bed patients according to turning schedules.-Use mechanical lifts during transfer.-Take temperature, pulse, blood pressure and respiration. -Perform range of motion on resident as ordered. -Note any unusual changes in resident condition and report to nurse.-Keep linen and utility are clean and in order, empty and clean urinals and bedpans.- Perform incontinence checks on resident every two hours. Record data on BM sheets, weight sheets.
