About:

I have lived in Greeley for over 30 years and have experience in construction,property management,retail business,Insurance inspections for insurance underwriters and investment properties.I have been performing professional home inspections independently since 2002. In 2008, I was awarded a scholarship by the Weld County Heath department to become the only certified Radon tester in the area.I still do roof inspections for insurance claims companies and site inspections for underwriters as an independent contractor. I have been inspecting numerous foreclosure properties in the past few years, and am quite familiar with the type of damages that often are associated with these type properties. I am also familiar with our expansive soils and other local traits.
