Brian Johns, MD, MPH, FACOEM, earned his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City and completed his internship at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana. He earned a Master of Public Health degree and completed his residency in occupational medicine at the University of Iowa in Iowa City. Dr. Johns practiced occupational medicine in Iowa City for several years before joining St. Luke's Magic Valley Occupational Health in 2008. He is board certified in occupational medicine and a fellow in the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. He is also an experienced independent medical examiner. Dr. Johns is available to see patients for work injuries, pre-placement, DOT, respirator, Hazmat, and other examinations; disability assessments; impairment ratings; and independent medical evaluations.
