Abstract:
A complete system that will enable remote monitoring of the status (e.g. power generation, power consumption, system faults, etc.) of renewable energy units is disclosed. The system is a stand-alone data acquisition module with a web based user interface that will display information regarding the status of the system under observation. The system may help optimize the return on investment to companies relying on renewable energy at remote locations such as gas and oil production wells regardless of the setup and brand of products used at the remote site.

Abstract:
A remote station may be constructed such that components or the station arc placed upon a skid and transported to a remote site. When deposited at the remote site, the remote station may cause a minimal disturbance on the ground while providing the necessary remote services, such as power and communications, because the skid may simply rest upon the ground, and the components rest atop the skid.
