Brett Garvey has worked with Garvey Photography since 2007 as a photographer and digital artist. He grew up in Knoxville in the household where the family business first began. Brett has always expressed an interest in capturing life, from literature, to video and photography. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Electronic Media at The University of Tennessee and continues to learn from the teachings of his father. Brett's specialty with teens is evident in his fresh perspective combined with classical elements of portraiture. His creative edge is born from a knowledge of modern technology and traditional composition. Brett is a member of Professional Photographers of America, Professional Photographers of East Tennessee, and the Tennessee Professional Photographers Association. Brett hopes to identify with those who seek new ideas as well as those who admire classic portraiture.
