<p>Brendan Reilly has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, where he also earned two letters playing varsity football. Brendan, his wife, and their children currently reside in Wayne, Pennsylvania.</p><p>Brendan has demonstrated the ability to consistently achieve peak results throughout his career which spans multiple industries and sectors. He has an extensive background which includes sales, service, management, hiring, training, and marketing.</p><p>Prior to founding Crescent Real Estate, Mr. Reilly held the position of General Manager for NVHomes, one the nation's largest luxury brands (also an NVR subsidiary). In that capacity he had overall sales and profit responsibility for the Southeastern Pennsylvania and Northern Delaware markets. Under his supervision and despite a severely declining luxury market, his team was able to exceed sales projections, improve margins, and substantially reduce expenses.</p><p>Before entering the real estate market, Brendan Reilly spent 8 years working at Cintas Corporation, a recognized industry leader in providing highly specialized services. Most recently Mr. Reilly held the position of General Manager for the Northeast Philadelphia Rental Operation, which was the largest of Cintas' 390 profit centers, with annual revenue exceeding $30M. He was one of the youngest General Managers in the history of the corporation and led a team of 275 employees.</p>
