Brendan has performed over 9,000 home inspections in the Greater Pittsburgh PA area. He has a background in construction and renovation, he enjoys performing commercial building inspections and home inspections on new and old homes alike. Your presence on site is encouraged as the inspection is more than fact finding, it is an interactive education. Your commercial inspection or home inspection report will be clearly written and fully photo documented.<p>Brendan is very active in the promotion of excellence in the home inspection profession. Nationally he serves on the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Board of Directors. He has been the recipient of two of ASHI's most valued awards, the President's Award and the John E. Cox Award for exemplary service to the American Society of Home Inspectors and the profession.</p><p>Brendan is the President of the Pennsylvania Home Inspectors Coalition (PHIC), a state wide coalition of home inspectors promoting education, integrity and accountability in the profession. This includes working with state legislators, members of other associations and independent inspectors.</p><p>Locally Brendan is a two term past president of the PRO-ASHI Chapter.
