As a pain management physician I believe "pain" has many facets and cannot be treated in one modality. It has to be approached with a comprehensive plan instead of just throwing narcotics at it. I believe most pain can be improved by a good work-up for diagnosis and a well treatment plan. I try very hard to help everyone that walks in through our doors within my ability.
