Work:
Solo Realty
Philadelphia
(267) 563-8243
Interests:
People, places and problem solving. I got into this business because I love those three things. However, I also enjoy walking around my neighborhood with my wife, cooking good food, drinking good wine, occasionally cursing out the PPA, reading excellent literature, backpacking and all manner of outdoor adventure, engaging my community in good conversation and generally trying to live life richly.
About:
"As a realtor for Solo Realty my highest priorities are honesty, authenticity and integrity. In my mind theses attributes, matched with hard work and great listening, are what create a successful experience for my clients."

Ben Everett has called Philadelphia home since 2004. He has lived in various neighborhoods including Fishtown & the Temple University area, and now Francisville with his wife, Katie. Ben admires the rich diversity of people, cultures, foods, and architecture that thrive in Philadelphia.

Originally from Lancaster County, Ben is down to earth, works hard and loves people. Ben's wealth of diverse experiences include hiking over 1100 miles of the Appalachian trail, serving as a companion and personal assistant to elderly in Philadelphia, and co-founding the Ultimate Frisbee club at Temple University. He also problem-solved and multi-tasked as a summer camp director in central PA and has artificially inseminated dairy cows for Amish farmers. These last two positions have matured his ability to work successfully with people of any age or line of work. With a BA in Secondary Mathematics Education, Ben thinks on his feet, learns quickly, and is intuitive with numbers and finance.

Ben looks forward to serving you in a personal way and guiding you through the process of buying and selling real estate. Ben focuses his attention on the neighborhoods of Francisville, Fairmount/Art Museum, and Brewerytown but is glad to serve your needs anywhere in Philadelphia.
