Maintaining the patient condition, check and record the patient vital signs on a regular basics, and noting any changes. Will change bandages and dressings and clean around catheter, perform injection, treat patient for bed sores. Administer prescribe medications. Assess patient status(conditions and notify physicians of clinical changes). Maintain comfortable , safe and a clean environment. Record food /fluid input and output, assist with bed positioning, standing and walking of patient. And collect samples for testing.
