My approach is a short-term approach which values the client's views and beliefs. My objective in therapy is to help clients reach their goal by providing guidance, while empowering them to make their own decisions. My style includes numerous models of therapy. My primary style includes cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. I use many instruments to help identify and clarify client problems. These include instruments for depression, marriage counseling, anxiety, stress, etc. I believe in using a client's spiritual beliefs as a way of understanding how they see the problem and how it manifests itself in their life.
