I love golf and love to sell in the areas's golfing communities! Theatre productions are a favorite of mine and Colorado Springs offers some great theatre. I enjoy painting (when I have the time!) and travel (ditto!).

Well, I am glad you asked....about me!<br />I have lived in Colorado Springs and surrounding communities (principally Black Forest, Woodmoor, and now just above the 7th green at Kings Deer) since 1974.<br /><br />My company, The Realty Corner of Colorado Springs, Inc, has provided property management services since our inception in 1975. I initially arrived in Colorado Springs as a teacher of secondary English, but finding no jobs available at the time, I moved into a real estate career. At first, I was a property manager exclusively. But so many of my clients wanted help in selling their homes that I added real estate sales to my resume. I found that I love the challenges and positive results with real estate sales - the sellers are so happy to sell and the buyers are so happy to find their dream home! What could be better than that?<br /><br />Then, with the atmosphere of this real estate market, where so many homeowners are finding the value of their homes has eroded as much as 30%, I have become an HR3648 Specialist. Through the HR3648 Program I present options to homeowners who are behind on their payments - options they never knew existed. <br /><br />I hope you will consider asking me a question that I might help you with.
