Trigger And Firing Pin Locking System

Trigger And Firing Pin Locking System

US Patent:
6510641, Jan 28, 2003
Filed:
Oct 16, 2001
Appl. No.:
09/978712
Inventors:
Arthur Viani - Miami FL 33186
International Classification:
F41A 1702
US Classification:
42 7008, 42 7011
Abstract:
A firing pin locking mechanism that can be used on firearms. Controlled by a key, the internal locking device blocks all movement of the firing pin assembly striker, preventing the firing arm from discharging. The mechanism primarily comprises a striker-locking guide, key plate assembly, key, and decocking button. Utilizing the key, the authorized user has the ability to set the firearm in a “unlocked” or “locked” mode. The internal locking mechanism is utilized as a means to prevent the movement of a firearms firing pin assembly when activated by the trigger mechanism. The present invention is primarily utilized with semi-automatic firearms that have an enclosed striker assembly.

6338217, Jan 15, 2002
Filed:
Sep 15, 2000
Appl. No.:
09/662578
Inventors:
Arthur Viani - Miami FL 33186
International Classification:
F41A 1702
US Classification:
42 7008, 42 7011
Abstract:
A firing pin locking mechanism that can be used on firearms. Controlled by a key, the internal locking device blocks all movement of the firing pin assembly striker, rendering the firing arm from discharging. The mechanism primarily comprises a spacer sleeve and a slide cover key plate. Utilizing the key, the authorized user has the ability to set the firearm in a “unlocked” or “locked” mode, even while in a holster. The internal locking mechanism is utilized as a means to prevent the movement of a firearms firing pin assembly when activated by the trigger mechanism, regardless of the status of the firearm. The present invention is primarily utilized with semi-automatic firearms that have an enclosed striker assembly.

Trigger Stop

Trigger Stop

US Patent:
6354032, Mar 12, 2002
Filed:
Oct 6, 2000
Appl. No.:
09/680917
Inventors:
Arthur Viani - Miami FL 33186
International Classification:
F41A 300
US Classification:
42 6903, 42 6901, 42 4203, 89136, 89147, 89 2711
Abstract:
A trigger stop connector for semi-automatic firearms that have an enclosed striker assembly. Incorporated into firearms without major structural changes, the trigger stop connector is designed to increase firing speed and prevent a fulcrum effect caused when a trigger mechanism travels a distance beyond the point of firing of the firearm, thus increasing target precision when discharging the firearm. The trigger stop connector, replacing a common connector, is designed with specific contact points to prevent overtravel of the trigger bar when operating in cooperation with the trigger of the firearm.

Self-Cleaning Trigger Connector System

Self-Cleaning Trigger Connector System

US Patent:
2006023, Oct 26, 2006
Filed:
Apr 25, 2005
Appl. No.:
11/113219
Inventors:
Arthur Viani - Miami FL, US
International Classification:
F41A 19/00
US Classification:
042069010
Abstract:
A self-cleaning trigger connector system resulting in increased reliability comprising a self-cleaning trigger connector and a trigger mechanism housing. The self-cleaning trigger connector is designed with specific contact points to prevent over-travel of the trigger bar when operating in cooperation with the trigger of the firearm. The self-cleaning trigger connector has a first at least one elongated through hole of a predetermined length that allows for a lighter trigger pull and defines a lubrication reservoir. The trigger mechanism housing comprises a second at least one elongated through hole. Debris that accumulates from the interaction between the trigger bar and the self-cleaning trigger connector passes through the first and second at least one elongated through holes. After passing through the first and second at least one elongated through holes, the debris then falls downwardly through a cavity adjacent to the firearm magazine well.

Self Cleaning Trigger Control Connector & Connector

US Patent:
2005003, Feb 17, 2005
Filed:
Aug 14, 2003
Appl. No.:
10/640977
Inventors:
Arthur Viani - Miami FL, US
International Classification:
F41A019/00
US Classification:
042069010
Abstract:
A self cleaning trigger stop connector & trigger connector for semi-automatic firearms that have an enclosed striker assembly. Incorporated into firearms without any structural changes, the trigger stop connector is designed to increase firing speed and prevent a fulcrum effect caused when a trigger mechanism travels a distance beyond the point of firing of the firearm, thus increasing target precision when discharging the firearm, a hole designed to self clean the trigger stop connector or trigger connector and trigger bar during operation, lessen the trigger pull weight and act as a reservoir for lubricants to increase reliability of the pistol. The single tab trigger stop connector, replacing a multiple leg or common non trigger stop connector, is designed with a specific contact point to prevent over travel of the trigger bar when operating in cooperation with the trigger of the firearm.

Speed Roofing System

Speed Roofing System

US Patent:
2004020, Oct 21, 2004
Filed:
Apr 16, 2003
Appl. No.:
10/417068
Inventors:
Charlie Duffie - Pinecrest FL, US
Arthur Viani - Miami FL, US
International Classification:
E04D001/00
US Classification:
052/518000
Abstract:
A speed roofing system consisting of a thin continuous sheet of flexible material with rigid material tabs integral to the continuous sheet. This method of using a rigid polymer based material is lighter and stronger than the existing tabs. The shear strength of these tabs is 60% greater than the existing tab anchoring method. They are less prone to deform or flex under the stresses roofs are subjected too. The tabs are labeled in both English language and Spanish with the phrase “Anchor All Tabs” on both sides of the tabs. The user arranges the speed roofing system in the appropriate pattern governed by governmental building codes. The continuous strip may be easily cut at any point to form to the application of the existing space. The user then anchors one end and then proceeds to anchor all the tabs. Because the speed roofing system places the integral tabs at the specified predetermined distance the user only considers the most efficient way to pattern the sheets. The speed roofing system is transported by the user in its own carrier allowing the user greater mobility and providing them with enough speed roofing material to complete an average roof. Whereby, one can install roofing material in a rapid consistent manner. Here to fore not possible with conventional methods.
