Philosophy:
This practice is dedicated to the care of the patient. We expend every effort to achieve a successful outcome by working closely with a team of highly skilled, experienced physicians, all of whom share the same goal oriented philosophy. We strive to perform the least invasive procedure and treatment that would assure a durable outcome. We are not interested in maximizing procedures, tests, or operations as much as idealizing each treatment protocol to the needs of the patient. Vascular surgical patients are frequently ill and have multiple illnesses that require simultaneous treatment. Dr. Palamera has been in practice for 32 years. Dr. Hertz, who has been in practice for 7 years, brings the latest endovascular techniques. This combination has been successful in designing the best treatments and optimizing patient outcomes.
