I am an Osteopathic Physician and specialist in Internal Medicine. I have a passion for health and commitment to helping people attain their highest level of health and fitness. My message is centered on personal health responsibility, personal health records and on teaching you how to be more engaged in the process of health care for yourself and those you love. I have been involved in health care since 1980, first as a nurse and then as a physician. From these different patient centered view points I have seen the traps and pitfalls of our health care delivery system and I feel that I have information that can help you feel like an insider and by being an insider you get more out of your interactions, hospitalizations, testing appointments and phone calls. You get more for your money and above all I believe you achieve better overall health.
