Philosophy:
When a doctor recommends spine surgery, patients often trust that the surgery is the best choice and the doctor is making decisions for the best interests of the patient. In all actuality, spine surgery is, in many cases, the best option for the doctor. Unless you have a neurologic deficit, a tumor, bowel/bladder dysfunction or instability of the spine... you may not need surgery. If your attorney is recommending physicians be VERY suspicious. They refer to VERY aggressive surgeons!
