Skills:
1. The Home Depot [] As a Lead Technician I had to manage groups of six or more Technicians at one time. Was in charge of training Technicians in all types of repair and preventative maintenance of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic equipment. Was the primary person who decided whether to terminate or hire temporary employees on the job site. Made decisions for the operations aspect of the company during its growth including creating better flow through the building with parts and repairable units. Made decisions with how certain areas were to be constructed for operation including setting up the pressure washer testing area so that the contractors could build the zone to meet my expectations. Created test equipment for the proper testing of 120 Volt and 240 Volt compressors along with doing preventative maintenance and repairing Compressor pumps, motors, belts, pulleys, valves, manifolds, pressure switches, etc. Repaired and did preventative maintenance on all pneumatics hoses and fittings for our building. 2. Jeff Boat 2008 Read blueprints for barges so that I could direct Cranes to place piping that weighed over thousands of pounds to certain positions on the barge for installation. Cut braces and piping with an Oxyacetylene torch and Arc welded them on the barges for structural support and fluid flow. Made measurements and marked installation points for piping the be installed and welded by all fitters and welders in my work zone. 3. Earthwell Energy Management [] Managed operations during a short time on a crew of four that included time management and finalization of each job site to meet company quota. Ran and terminated all types of wire from 12 Volts DC to 120- 480 Volts AC. Installed Breaker Panels and Control panels for HVAC and Boilers in Hospitals and Universities. Ran CAT 5 wire and other types of wire for Thermostat and Humidity sensors for a government contract at Fort Knox. Did most of all the control work for industrial jobs that were very climate sensitive like hospital labs where heating, cooling, and humidity needed to be precisely monitored. Installed and ran EMT, Ridgid Conduit, and MC cable for transformers and rooftop Air-conditioning units and residential backup Generators. 4. Cimtech [] Operated all types of machinery like Lathes, Mills, Presses, and saws. Programmed and ran these CNC and PLC systems according to specifications for proper creation of parts. Did preventative maintenance on the machines including removing deposits and sludge from the coolant systems. Did the upkeep and maintained proper level of the hydraulics and coolant. Welded parts using MIG and TIG welders. Did quality control of my machines parts that they were making.
